All names, products, packaging and stationery in the 'Days of Chivalry' range are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or utilised in any form, mechanical or electronic. Registered number 2235411 England.

GUARANTEE

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, or you are not satisfied with the product, your money will be refunded in full. Please contact us first, and you will be advised of an approved carrier to use, then return the item to us in the condition it arrived, with its original packaging.

PRIVACY POLICY

The Days of Chivalry mailing list is used for the purpose of keeping our customers informed about future Days of Chivalry new releases, and your details will be kept by us for that purpose only. They will not be passed on to any third party.

BACK ORDERS

All Days of Chivalry products are produced by ourselves, so small models and items of jewellery are usually available from stock. But should an item be temporarily unavailable, you will be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We endeavour to fulfil orders within 14 days of receipt of payment, with the exception of the larger models which are made to order and at busy times, may take up to 21 days. Please note that we use a Secure Parcel Service, therefore a signature is required on delivery.

ADVICE

Please remember that the Days of Chivalry Jewellery Range is Costume Jewellery, and items should not be worn whilst bathing or swimming.
